I will be in Okoboji, get up around 5:30 or 6 go do some walleye fishing for a few hours until the jackballs get out n the lake. Go back to the cabin around 9 ish, eat breakfast. Go to the beach, then go to the only bar up there that I KNOW will have the game on because the owner told me so last time I was up there. (Gotta love Iowans that are gonna have every Husker ppv on at their bar). Then while watching the game I will get freaking hammered because it is a good day of celebration. Husker season has arrived.

Was wondering what sections of the stadium (number wise) is reserved for the visiting team. I'm gonna buy some tickets to the KU game, just don't wanna be sitting in the middle of the kansas fans. Thanks in advance for the responses.

It would seem that the Calahan Experiment is coming to an end. This is the greatest news I've heard all year.

Can't be any worse than what Callahan is giving us right now.

I plan on supporting them for the rest of the year, but I'm still gonna cry like a biotch.

I'm sitting here at my computer and it just dawned on me why the Huskers are not doing so hot this year, and why they are not pumped up. It's the goddamn tunnel walk. They hate it, and playing poorly is their way to let the Huskervision guys know about it. /discuss By the way, just kidding.

You call what happened Saturday mediocrity. Sh!t, that was well below mediocrity. If we were mediocre with Solich, then I will take mediocre over this any day of the week. I was a Callahan supporter up until about 10 o'clock Saturday night. I defended him to the naysayers after the USC game. I defended him after the loss toes to Auburn and Oklahoma last year. Hell, I defended him his first year, when dailey was sucking at QB. Now, I wish he would just go back to whatever hole he crawled out of, and take Pud with him.

I noticed this lack of emotion/fire/intesity whatever you want to call it at the ISU game. I'm 26, I remember going to Husker games since I was 5 years old. In the Osborne, and, even the Solich days when I would go to a game the guys on the sideline could hardly stand still because they were pumped up and excited to be out there. Bad play, they would get pissed off together. Awesome play, they would cheer together. Now, the team just stands there and does nothing but watch the game. Bad play, nothing. Awesome play, nothing. It's like they just don't give a f@#k. The intensity seems to have been going downhill ever since Callahan took over. It's a joke. I am a Husker fan for life, always have been, always will be. But I can't stand just waiting for something to happen. Part of me inside wants us not play in a bowl game this year, and see what kind of staff changes, if any would take place. I'd have to believe if we didn't go to a bowl game in year four of the Callahan experiment, that he would be looking for a new job in December. The other part of me inside wants to see the Callahan experiment work flawlessly for the rest of the year, doubt it's gonna happen though. We will see what happens. However rocky the road may be, I will still cheer for them. oh and GBR
