I didn't see Gilleylen drop any balls. Helu and McNeill each dropped one in the 1st quarter, and Holt and Reed each dropped one in the 2nd quarter. Green's bullet to Reed in the 4th hit Reed's hands, but I don't think it was a very catchable pass.

Nice win, Huskers! Great game for McCray--wonder if he had some friends and family in the crowd cheering him on today. Edwards seemed to make the most of his minutes, as well. Not trying to diminish the win, but what the hell happened to Baylor? After their good performance last year and only losing one (?) starter, I really thought they would be one of the top teams in the Big XII this year. Whatever the cause, may Baylor continue to be unimpressive in the Big XII tournament . . . .

GAH!!! What a tough, demoralizing loss. The Huskers' missed short shots throughout the game were easy to forgive as they built an 18 point lead, but in the end, the 10-minute scoring drought in the second half and the inability to make free throws down the stretch cost them this game. Not to mention some piss-poor passing. I just hope that they can regroup and that they take all their frustrations out on K-State this weekend.
