I'm thinking Calaclown had a lot of tools as a coach except one of the most important, Leadership! He would be great as a book, something to pull out for reference once in awhile! He would not be under the section marked, 'How to bring your College football team together!'

Was talking to one of my customers the other day about the difference between Bo and Calaclown. How Bo has brought the team together as one, the Fire he brings, the leadership and knowledge. (and much more!) Then he proceeded to tell me the story of how his buddy was best buds with Cosgrove. This in he had, hooked him up with free tickets/parties and access to coaches offices after games and what not. He proceeded to tell me about this one party he attended with Cosgrove and many others. He got talking with Cosgrove and the subject about meetings with Calaclown came up. Cosgrove would say oh, you mean Billy? (I guess they where childhood friends and followed each other around coaching a bit) Cosgrove said, well when Billy and I would get together we would never talk about football, it always about old times! And my customer asked him, you mean you guys never talk football?? And Cosgrove said "nope, Billy would say "I have the offense and you have the Defense". Pretty much sums it up eh?? I'm sure Bo and Carl are shooting holes through Watson offense and Vice Versa!

I'm looking forward to being good enough to think of these two teams MO, and CU as hard pratice games. And looking forward to teams like Texas and OU rethinking how they'll pratice to get ready for the power house/Big Red machine of Nebraska once again! Now Pass me the F*cking koolaid!!!

Mr. Black and White here! 1. If you RS him you'll get a better player no matter how good he is now! 2. We have to stop thinking about instant gratification and go with proven steps! 3. Red shirting would also help deture big head syndrome to a point! And If they have to pull his RS to keep us at a level to keep Bo and Company happy I'll back em! I would really like to bring him in 2010 and share playing time! Of course thats if Spano doesn't step up and kick some!

IMO, I'm thinking his play time might be limited due to shared time with green. And would drop off to nothing once green is up to speed!

You have to hand it to them though, to lose that much and still have a die hard fan base!! My Hat is off!!!

No matter how you calculate it if you RS him he would be a better player and our team would be a better off in the long run except for this year. Dang we needed him to come in last year!!

After seeing what Bo did at LSU and then what he did for NE defense in one year, it seems obvious to me that Bo has a talent. So do I have blinders on? Does he need to prove himself even more?? Maybe I just can't see through these RED stained eyes!! I know we got some good recruits but it just seems they should be beating on the door more so then what they did! It will only probably start when we start taking out some of the big names again!!!

Actually on competition like that you need to set the bet like I do! If Nebraska wins, I'm in charge tonight!! If Clemson wins your in charge tonight! It could be a win win bet!! Well unless your like my X-wife who would have me giving her a fricking rub down instead!!

I believe its the percentage, they calculate it all out and find which plays have the higher percentage to move the ball. It hard for my brain to go there, because so many different factor could change, or if you see a a weakness open up I'd change it right away. It was on a interview with Watson that I seen him talk a little about it, and he might have gotten a push from Calaclown to do it even more so!

Didn't you catch the "On a completely unrelated note, I hear it is against the rules to sell your tickets?" Do you think the guy just went off on a tangent there?
