  2. 3 1/2 c peeled, and chopped tomatoes (about 4 lg) 1 large green pepper,chopped 1 md onion, chopped 1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped 1 jalepeno pepper, seeded and chopped 1 tb sugar 2 1/4 tsp salt 1 garlic glove, minced 3/4 tsp ground cumin 1 can (16oz) tomatoe paste 1/4 c white vinegar 2 tb lemon juice In a large saucepan, combine the ingredients, mixing well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat: simmer, uncovered for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Cool to room temp, cover and refrig. Serve chilled with chips.
  3. 2 dozen jalepeno peppers - cut in half and seeded 1/2 c Romano cheese 2 boxes of cream cheese 1/2 c of asiago cheese 1 lb Italian Sausage - cooked - drain grease 5 strips of Hormel black label bacon cooked and chopped ( I have tried other bacons with this and they just aren't as good) Mix all cheeses together micorwave for 1:30 minutes to soften for easy mixing Blend cheese mix with sausage Put cheese and meat mix into the peppers, you can either spoon it in or use a ziploc bag and cut off the tip and pipe it in Bake for 30 mins at 375 Let them cool then put in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours Bake again at 375 for 20 mins *Freezing takes out some of the heat of the peppers

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) 4 Chicken breast grilled and shredded 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup Ranch dressing 3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as FranksĀ® Red HotĀ® 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces Tortilla Chips DIRECTIONS Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and chips.
  5. Niner's Girl don't feel bad, you post them and we try them at our own risk. Had I seen the recipe I would have gut all the hot stuff down by at least 1/2 and left the tabasco or hot sauce out all together. Even with doing that it would have still been to hot for me, but the guys that we have come over for football would have eaten it like no tomorrow.
  6. AGREED! We lost! IT Sucks! But we played the whole game, we kept trying. A loss like this is at least one that we can say were proud of. Not like last year at all. Plus this is the first year for Bo as a head, I didn't expect to win them all, will be happy with a winning season for a change.

  8. Regional abc covered in Eastern Iowa is Ill and Penn St. I don't think Direct TV has Gameplan, but I could be wrong.
  9. Game Plan has it too, for 22.00 that' how I'm watching it. Channel 460 on dish. My abc channel is Il vs Penn St, who cares?!

  12. Got the chex mix made, the salsa is cooling and the wings are marinading. Beer is cold, were ready!
