I bet if I heard this same story told to me from a friend who just went through it, it would be pretty funny. It would be like, "So Stu, me and the gf had a little argument. Turns out she's been calling this guy she met who works at a bar, who said he would get her into the bar on the weekends and give her cheap drinks. So this ticks me off, cuz she's my girl, she underage, and this guy is actually just using the bar to get into her pants. She is obviously to young and dumb to realize this telling me that they are "just friends". So i call her out on it, and she starts flipping out and saying she's going to leave. I try to reason with her, and pull her back into the apartment, and she's screaming at me! Stu, you know how i hate it when a 20 yr old half drunk girl shreiks at me, so i grab a pillow off the couch and smack her with it! it was pretty funny, cuz she shutup and looked all stunned for a second. Then she starts talking about assualt and crap, so i smack her again! i start laughing because ya know, assualt with a pillow? come on! So she gets mad, and grabs this candle thing, and bashes me in the head! how is that even fair??? Pillow vs Candle holder? Not even close! So she's smacking me with that thing, i can't get her to stop, i don't wanna punch her for real, so i just bit her arm. not hard enough to draw blood, but dude wtf am i supposed to do? Just sit there and get hit? So yeah, that'smy story, and now coach is gonna be pissed cuz he's gotta deal with this crap, and i know she'll try and hype this story and get my football career all jacked up... Stupid women. I should have never started dating that crazy tweeny bi@tch." Then i'd laugh at him, cuz that story is rediculous, and in the grand scheme of things, isn't really a bid deal.

I was half drunk and angry that CU wasn't behind by 20 pts by then. Upon the FG, I slammed my pitcher of beer down, shattering the coffee table, and screamed until i passed out headfirst into my LCD TV. It was awesome.

Nebraska Linebacker Granted Medical Redshirt LINCOLN (AP) - Nebraska middle linebacker Corey McKeon was granted a medical redshirt by the NCAA Monday, after not participating in the majority of Nebraska's 2007 games. As a result of the ruling, McKeon has been granted one extra year of eligibility, meaning he will be able to return to the field for the 2008 season. Under NCAA regulations, a player may be granted a medical hardship waiver if he or she does not participate in more than 20 percent of the team's games, with all participation occuring during the first half of the season. Nebraska athletic department officials reviewed game film and determined that McKeon did not actually participate in any of Nebraska's final ten games of the 2007 season, "Participate is defined as 'taking part in something,'" explained Nebraska Director Of Football Operations Jeff Jamrog. "We contended, and the NCAA agreed, that Corey didn't really take part in the final ten games." NCAA Vice President Gary McIntosh declined to comment, other than saying "That game film speaks for itself."
