  1. They were good against Washington. They were pretty good against Oklahoma State. They were terrible against Texas and terrible against A&M. I don't think they're "bad", I think they're inconsistent and I have been very unimpressed with DJ Jones.
  2. If you miss (blocks are counted as misses so I don't know for sure if they're his fault) two PATs, you don't deserve anything.
  3. Link also the tweet right before that is some grim news I scooped him on the Cunningham news. Had it two nights ago
  4. On Unsportsmanlike Conduct, someone said that he said if it was anyone but Bo, he would have done that because he has respect for Bo? I dunno, I didn't see it, just seeing if anyone else heard that.
  5. Did we have a hangover after the Texas game that was infinitely more of a letdown? I don't know if you saw Adi Kunalic's tweet after the game but it went along the lines of "no matter what 'they' try to do, we're winning the Big 12". The team is going to be focused and ready to play. The rest of your post might have some merit, but thinking the team is going to have a "hangover" is completely wrong.
  6. I think baby Hawk is in for a loooooooooooooooooooong day.
  7. He said expect him to be starting on Saturday. Sounds like Taylor is pretty gimpy.
  8. Must be color blind too... maybe i thought it was clear that i was commenting on the author that the op quoted......i guess i gave you too much credit.... You think Kirk Bohls reads this message board? Why else would you address it as "you"?
  9. "You write"? He's quoting Kirk Bohls. Reading comprehension is a great thing.
  10. If it's from DFW, why does it keep spelling behavior "behaviour"? Is it simply stupid? Closet Canadian?
  11. Some of these reporters deserve what the refs got Saturday. Bo is keeping his temper a lot better than I would with some of these questions.
  12. You're right Thenarse and West have contributed. Negatively.
  13. The only people on the field were one of the 4,000 or so students and fans who were sitting on track seats. You guys should be honored that beating your team was considered such an accomplishment by our fans. Good luck against OU or OSU in the Big 12 championship game. ( I hope you get a new coach before the one you have ruins your well-earned good name.) No one cares what you think about our coach.
  14. Beating Iowa State and Kansas State isn't real impressive.
  15. It takes a real d-bag to defend actions like that.
  16. He risked serious injury by staying in the game and then quit the team? Seems fishy.
  17. That's what causes people to eventually go postal
  18. sure they are, ask yourself, is this guy going to enjoyable to play for? is this how he is going to "coach"? not good.....just not good. Yeah, sure they are. Because he's been so different the last two years. I'm sure we'll have a rash of decommits. I am sure all the offensive people are jumping up and down waiting to play for Watsons Vanilla offense. Again...Aaron Green, Bubba Starling, Jamal Turner. All are committed here with the extremely pedestrian offense we had last year. Quit whining. It obviously has not affected recruiting.
  19. Ricky Henry personal foul, Eric Martin personal fouls that weren't explained in the slightest (not unnecessary roughness, not late hit, NOTHING), that was not pass interference, Dennard has the right to go for the ball as much as Fuller does. If they're going to pick up the pass interference on A&M how the hell does someone not pick up the roughing the passer penalty? It was a horribly-officiated game all around. If you think your team went from second-most penalized in the Big 12 to 2 penalties for 10 yards overnight, you're fooling yourself.
  20. sure they are, ask yourself, is this guy going to enjoyable to play for? is this how he is going to "coach"? not good.....just not good. Yeah, sure they are. Because he's been so different the last two years. I'm sure we'll have a rash of decommits.
  21. This is a great post! Yes the flag against Cotton was correct and the second one against him was for him saying something! The only flag that was questionable is the late hit-- after 5 PFs, so you really think they where not going to call ANYTHING close The personal foul on Ricky Henry was horsesh*t. The pass interference on 3rd down was horsesh*t. The roughing the passer call was horsesh*t. No one knows anything about the Eric Martin personal fouls because the refs were too incompetent to explain what he did. Same with the illegal formations. Enjoy your gift. Go back to the Aggie boards and grab some nuts.
  22. You're implying that if Martinez was healthy, we'd still be in love with Watson. How do you explain our failure to score a touchdown against either SDSU or Texas, one of which is a FCS school, the other of which will be lucky to go to the Meineke Car Care Bowl? Martinez was fine then. We've had exactly three full games of quality offense: Washington, Kansas State, and Oklahoma State. What do these teams have in common? They are among the worst in college football on defense. We have exactly one-and-a-half quarters of offense against a quality defense in the Mizzou game. Otherwise, we've done jacks*** on offense. This is not okay. How come A&M can bench a pre-season All Big 12 QB for a freaking wide receiver and continuously run up huge points, but we can't do jack with anyone but Martinez, and even then only against horrible defenses? To anyone who is still backing Watson, I have a legitimate question for you: What would it take for you to conclude that he has to go? How badly would the offense have to perform in order for you to agree that he is not the coach for us? I say this because we've basically got 4 total TDs all year against top-50 defenses. We didn't score a touchdown against SDSU? That's news to me. And scoring 9 is "continually run[ing] up huge points"?
  23. How would you like to change that? Offenses revolve around the QB. If your QB is no threat to run and little threat to pass, what do you think is going to happen? It doesn't help that our talent at WR is mediocre at best, we even had Will Henry out there at one point on a 3rd down. How good do you think the Colts' offense would be without Peyton Manning? Or Auburn's without Cam Newton?
