I agree. It seems like we hold back on the play calling sometimes. Like we don't want to offend the other team by beating them too much. I would like to see some Blackshirt type fire on the offense.

What? I think Nile's fumble going into the endzone and all of the other fumbles by the backs looked downright horrible. Zac played OK. Wasn't one of his INTs late in the game? One was late in the game when they had eight back in coverage, another was a bobbled catch that fell out of the receiver's hands into the defender's. Laying blame on any one player for that game is misplaced. It was one of the most freaky collections of odd circumstances you'll ever see in a game. The way these turnovers happened, balls bouncing around on player's legs and Niles freakish fumble down the sideline, can only make a person shake their heads. I agree, but you have to admit that we scored 24 of our 31 points with Martinez in the game and only 7 without him. I realize that Missouri buckled down after the first quarter and they are a very good defense, but still... 7 second half points. This is worrying. Are you a Husker fan Cheshire? Damn near every post I read of yours is questioning the huskers and how good they are. I have to wonder if you're actually a Husker fan or not. I don't know, that's why I'm asking. But if you are, you have to be the world's most perpetual Husker pessimist. And yes, I am a huge Husker fan - hence my reason for being on this board for over a year. Attitudes like yours are why teams like Iowa State march in topple teams like Texas. You assume it's all a given because it's not a traditionally good team. Anything and everything can and will happen in college sports. College football is not like it used to be where the big teams won every game without question. Blah Blah Blah....A Texas loss to a top 25 ranked Baylor team isn't something I would say would hurt the Huskers. On the other hand....ISU beating them....yeah that should have and possibly did hurt us last week. We didn't move up but two/three spots last week after beating an unbeaten top 25 Okie State team at their house. I think right now the Huskers are about where they should be and a Utah/TCU loss or Auburn/Alabama loss means they move up again. As long as they take care of business with IA State. IDK about everyone else but I am hoping for a Auburn win as I think there might be a chance that a one loss Auburn team remains ahead of us. Still any talk of a MNC is really really off kilt right now. I don't get in either. Its like they think are justified in blowing the call on the fumble because they think they missed an illegal hit - a hit that was legal IMHO.

Classic Husker audio. I love the Wimmers Meats ad they read during the review. As for the call - completely blown call. I know the officiating in this game sucked but does anyone else think that Big 12 officials have been horrible all year? Not only in Husker games but games across the conference.

IMHO - I would sit T-Mart. Not because of who we are playing but because we need to look at the bigger picture. Here's a couple photos. Nothing serious from what I can tell. I find it funny that Missouri's last trip to Memorial Stadium, at least for a while, has a situation like this. Other teams obviously have not had issues with this and could run drills on the field itself.

According to my brother the guys on KFAB made it sound like it was pretty serious. Like there was some really high tensions.

So on his way over to my house for the game yesterday and on KFAB he said there was some crazy bs going on in the south endzone and the Mizzou sideline. Apparently regarding Husker recruits, cheerleaders, etc. It even apparently got to the point of a Mizzou player running through a security gaurd that was trying to get a handle on the situation. Anybody hear anything?

Depending on who your provider is you may be able to actually watch the game on ESPN3.com. I have a Droid X but cannot watch it because Verizon doesn't allow ESPN3.com on their phones. I believe Sprint does though. I was at the Disney Live with my daughter this past weekend and a guy in front of me, with a Droid phone and I believe Sprint service, was watching the game on ESPN3.com. Considering we were in the Civic, the video was fairly decent. Little hopes and jumps here and there but overall not bad.
