quite honestly I think San Josie is better than people think with Kyle Reed under center ... another thing is for the the first three quarters of that game last saturday , everything went wrong from penalties to missed tackles causing injuries to the refs totally blowing calls to the $hitty-A$$ paper-view camera crew to Ganz missing wide open receivers .... BUT the team kept fighting and plugging away just erupted and put that game away... so if you think about with maybe half the penalties, no crappy calls, a little better execution, and another big play here or there Nebraska could have blown them out by 35 or 40 points and we'd all be praising the team instead of doubting them

i think we need to run more toss sweeps and mix in a lot more play-action pass

...yes, like we rolled over and quit against Ball State or Wake Forest. The real tests of whether or not this team will roll over and quit will come against the Missouri's and Texas Tech's, heck maybe even Virginia Tech. right about now I'm just laughing at all those who automatically counted VT as a sure win because they lost to lowly East Carolina .... ECU is a damn good football team and they were nearly beaten by VT

i think Asante's problem is obvious and it's his intelligence... we know this guy has athleticism to compete ... i think Coach Sanders and the other coaches can and will do what it takes to correct his mistakes.... it's just a lot of Husker fans are frustrated and impatient .... let's give this staff some time to make the adjustment with Larry Asante and see what happens

any team can lose to any team on any given day... they're called upsets .. i would be "ROTFLMAO" if Missouri lost to Buffalo ... it would make my day.... and if NU lost to Missouri after the fact it would not mean Buffalo is better than Nebraska... it would mean Buffalo was better than Missouri on that day they played each other

who are we as fanatics to judge who should be the starter ? whoever is the starter is the starter for a good reason .. yes we all know Ricky Thenarse is a very nice player who can run and hit but that's not all a DB does ... he has to be able to make reads and adjust among other things
