Interesting reading this thread and how quickly the season can change from a 3-0 conference start to a 3 game losing streak. Hopefully we can get this ship back on the right course.

Our ability to find new ways to lose is getting very frustrating. IMO the Rutgers game on Saturday is a must we. If we don't win that one might as well kiss the season goodbye.

I think last night we just stuck a fork in any hopes of an NCAA tourney appearance unless we go on some crazy run starting Saturday.

It stinks losing this one at home but with the double overtime I'm not surprised we were a little flat. We still have a lot to be optimistic about starting conference play 3-0 and now 3-1 in conference play. If we keep that winning 3 out of every 4 conference games we'll be in great shape.

Talk about a swinging gate of knee jerk reactions. First the board was full of "Fire the Coach" talk and now there's tourney talk. There's a lot of season left so let's not get ahead of ourselves. Anything is possible at this point, we've played 2 conference games.

I don't have a lot of expectations for the win so I'd say take the over at 58 pts.

We've got a ton of young talent on this team, and need to give them until at least Watson and Jacobsen are Juniors to make a final judgment on Miles.

You hate to see a kid like that not even see the court but it's all about production. I'd get as much time for Roby, Jordy T & Horne as possible and just use Jacobsen and McVeigh as filler. Man I just don't see us only get 10 wins this year. If that happens that would be a very sad state of affairs.

Man I really want to support Miles and really want him to do well but this is very alarming. I'd second that we need more of Roby and less of McVeigh. Jacobsen really has regressed from last year and for some reason now Glenn Watson can't score? Our offense is terrible and no movement without the ball. With all the talent we have we are really under performing. Let's hope they can turn it around or Miles' seat will burn down.

Looks like you should have taken KU. They're covering. It's not yet halftime. I took NU. And I made money on NU. So did I ha ha. So far between the Creighton and KU game they're treating me pretty good. Whoever created that line on Creighton must've been on something.

I totally agree on that 100%. I'd like to see a little rotation in that last starting spot and give Roby a chance.

It is very troubling that it seems like our offensive strategy seems to be what? Stand outside the 3 point line and just pass it around. Jordy was looking good the first half and we never got him the ball. Our players never move much without the ball either.

If I were a betting man, I would take Creighton in a heart beat on that and bet a lot of money. I did, only regret is I didn't bet more.

I'd say you need to give Miles until this year's Sophomores and nucleus of this team are Juniors or Seniors. If we haven't made the big dance by the time they are Seniors then it might be time to look elsewhere. Don't forget he took us to the tourney in 2013 and our last appearance before that was what 20 years? Let's not be a "typical" Husker fan and think about firing our coach as soon as things get a little difficult. He has brought in talent that Sadler, or Collier wouldn't even be able to touch. Yeah it gets old losing to Creighton but remember they are rated the #10 team in the country for a reason.

Very happy that White is coming back. I think we should be a solid bubble team next year, and we finally will have a big man!!!!!

I think showing Miles the door after next year if improvements aren't made would be pulling the plug way too early. I'd like to see him get through this year's freshman class up to their senior year. I think if we haven't been back in the Big Dance by then, then yes we need to consider a change. I believe we have big potential upon the horizon.

If you think Miles is out after next season, wow I really hope you are wrong. That would be a huge mistake!

We need to eliminate wide open 3 point shots. Hard to do when you have no inside game and we have to use help defense so much. Would be awesome to get the W tonight and put a positive spin on this underwhelming season.

Man did we look bad last night. Kind of appeared some people are ready for this season to be over. What was worse than our play on the court was all of the so-called "Best Fans in College Sports" leaving with 6 minutes left in the game. I understand that the game was well decided at that point, but it's really a disrespectful way to send off 2 great seniors. If you can't sit there for the whole game, maybe you shouldn't go at all. "Gotta Beat The Traffic" so dumb!

Looks like Sunday evening at Pla Mor Ballroom is our best chance for dancing.

That technical was so ticky tack. I can't believe the ref called it. Eh, it's pretty over-dramatic to be flopping around on the floor like that. Anyone got a link to Miles getting the technical?
