I have what you might call a big day that day. My dad will be in town from ... Texas. We will prolly watch this game in my garage. Can't wait. Yes we will both be in red.

I posted abbout this back in july. My kids present some unique challenges. Anything I can do to help them learn self-discipline, work ethic, respect for authority etc. I will do. Football is right up that alley, for the boys anyway.

Saturday is my daughter's birthday, and we will be taking her to her favorite indoor water park at her request. As much as I love my Huskers, family comes first. I will however, have my trusty sidekick, my Android smart phone, with me. I've followed Husker games on Twitter but don't seem to get updated on every score. I follow Nebraska Huskers, World Herald Big Red and of course, Bo Pelini (who is apparently too busy during games to send a tweet when they score). Is there a better way than Twitter to follow the game? If it's Twitter, who should I follow to get updates on each score and big play? It's kind of hard to keep up with this board when I'm on the go, not that I don't love each and every one of you.

I don't have the dislike for these guys like I did (and still do have) for Freeman. Pinning my hopes on a fickle teenager seems silly to me.

Mack Brown might make a decent offensive coordinator. I love (and miss) the beach. Big Red, the soda, used to be made in San Antonio. I grew up on that stuff. That's really all I got.

Mods please move if this does not go here. I spend a decent time on this site with my phone. When I hit the site after the game, I found the beautiful mobile site. It was manageable in landscape mode before, but it's positively beautiful now. So thanks to the HB gods for this and for maintaining this great forum. And now I'm going to go rest my index finger.

Bo is not melting down on his radio show right now, so I don't think he's too concerned. Love the new mobile site.

I want to take my 7 year old daughter to her first Husker game. I think this would be a good one. Since she will likely want to leave before halftime, I am going to try to get a bargain. I'm thinking about posting this on Craigslist and appeal to someone's "softer nature".

It's probably because of licensing. They can't legally stream the game over the internet. I would love to listen to the Houston Astros on internet radio but I can't for the same reason. The difference in the two situations is, um, the Astros suck right now.

I like your arguments about Lee not looking hurt but I have to say that a true frosh playing QB at Baylor, where you have low to no expectations, is nothing like playing QB at Nebraska. I'm just starting to read this thread so if someone else posted something similar, well, then, he would be very intelligent then would he not?
