I agree with this. There is a real plan in place. It looks like they are highly organized which allows them to be efficient and do more. Admittedly I have no idea what was happening before but even if only half the rumors are true then this is a completely different machine.

Every time we have a coaching change we get all excited about how the new s&c staff is going to fix whatever it is about the old staff we didn’t like that lead to us losing. I’m all about chugging the Kool-Aid but I won’t be chugging any strength and conditioning kool-aid… At least not until after the season starts.

Are any of you following the qb commit to Florida story? $13 mill over 4 years to get the commitment…and then the collective folded. It’s crazy!

If Gebbia wants to get into coaching finishing at Ohio State is a great idea.
