Honestly...I think being ranked preseason was cool...we deserved it after the way we finished off the season....but getting no respect this early .....gotta expect that. We have beat two lower tier teams...so let's assume that we beat Va Tech...then if he STILL has us off his list...then he is crazy... And don't get me started on Miami...obviously after florida state's game this last weekend...that Cane win over the Noles' doesn't look so impressive...

I was just thinking that Taylor doesn't even seem to be the issue...are the freshman running backs that good or was Marshalls defense just THAT bad? I mean...two guys running over 160 yards? I think that is what we need to worry about....

what happened to HuskerJen? She is banned from what I can see... know why? That is odd...I have become very accustomed to seeing her many many many posts each day...and almost all of them were pretty insightful.

There is no way they are showing the same game on both channels. Sorry.... West Coast will get USC vs. Washington. Big 10 and Pac 10 country will probably get Iowa vs Arizona. Rest of the country will get Nebraska vs. Va Tech. Sorry...I was just relaying what was said in a similar post...anyways...regardless....I want this game!

Looks to be pretty accurate..but Like the other replies...I want to see a little more dominance out of the defensive line....I dont necessarily mean getting QB pressure on every play...but Come on....we can't let those HUGE running lanes develope or Va Tech is really going to put the hurt on us... I would love to be on the "True Freshman Bandwagon" too...but I am so hesitant to praise any player that looks good at practice and on high school football highlight videos....I'm not saying Green and Burkhead can't be an amazing addition...but i will save my judgments until they show it on the field...I think we all should. Well..if it were ONLY a punch I think what Kellen Houston did was pretty pathetic and much worse...I mean, the fan had NOTHING to do with anything other than supporting his team and celebrating a huge win........but when you add all the things that Bluant (spelling?) did after the punch...i think it is much worse than what Kellen Houston did... *Plus Kellen Houston punched a lil guy....that doesn't take too much testicular fortitude...
