Gawd, I HATE it when someone says something like..."he needs to work on his throwing motion".Listen,I dont care if he throws it underhanded if he can complete passes at a 65 % clip nest year.I guess its a pet peeve of mine with those kind of statements.How about..."he needs to work on his accuracy"...I can take that.Or he needs to learn to read defenses better...I can take that BUT Throwing motion?WHO CARES as long as he completes em at a high percentage.

FWIW Luckys stats were much better under Callahans system than they were under BPs.Now I think Lucky was a solid player and will probably have stats to show but you are wrong about BC.Lucky was the perfect back for BCs system.He used Lucky exactly like he wanted and Lucky thrived more in BCs than he did Wats/BPs system.Personally I never thought Lucky had the vision,balance,or instincts to be a GREAT back BUT you cant knock his production in Callahans system.

I think VTs defense will be too much for our new QB.I expect us to be much better on defense BUT I also expect VT to be better on offense.Taylor had a great game against us last year and he will only improve.Now they have a good RB who at the time we played this past year he wasnt "there" yet.Now they have the RB to go with Taylor and the WRs will have another year of experience.I still think we have to stop the run against them and we have a chance.I think the RB can be slowed BUT Taylor as a runner scares me.On offense we will be breaking in a new QB AND WRs so it will be very hard to do against VTs defense.Last year I think if we had played VT later in the year we may have won...unfortunately this year I feel the same way.The speed of VTs defense will smother our rather young QB and WRs and we will struggle offensively.Both teams defense does well but in the end Taylor makes a play and VT wins.Very similar to last year but lower scoring imo...21-17 VT.

Personally I hope/think he will be better.Pryor is not a good passer at all.Of course Pryor does run a 4.3 40 and thats something Green will never have BUT 4.5ish is plenty fast ESPECIALLY if his arm is as accurate as it looks.holla

Baker Stein will factor in at DT and will be in the top 4 DTs along with Suh,Crick,and Moore.At DE you will see a 2 deep that has Allen,Barry Turner(coming off injury),Cameron Meredith,and HOPEFULLY Pierre-PaulBut if not the 4th guy will come from a group that includes Josh Williams,Yancy,AnKrah or Kevin Young. Im a little worried about DT but I think the top 3 will be fine...Moore just needs to step up.As far as DE the talent is definitely there.If Turner gets back healthy AND we get Pierre Paul we could be dominant.Without Paul I still think we will be solid.Meredith will be a pass rushing fool in the Wistrom mold.we will be AS GOOD as this year at worst and possibly better.One thing that changes that is if SUH leaves.IF that happens all bets are OFF.

agree completely.I honestly think Clemson scores 17 points on special teams and blown coverages by our defense.THAT imo will be the difference in the game.

Well,I guess I have to be the first Husker to pick Clemson.Our defense will GIVE you 14 points.They have done it all year ith breakdowns.Difference is if you have a breakdown on Clemson and their speed its 7.Now I do think we play well offensively and control the ball.I just think the points we GIVE them will be too much to overcome.I think final score looks like CU-31 NU-28.But CU will get AT LEAST 17 poits by NU brakdowns on defense OR special teams.Without those mistakes I like us BIG but as of right now.....WE ARE WHAT WE ARE.A solid offensive team who controls TOP with short passing game and zone read out of spread formations AND A inconsistent defensive team who gives up big plays and whose dbs have trouble covering in space.Rather stout against the run but very suspect to the pass.Hate to do it but mistakes will cost us in this game.

Talent and speed....and the there is talent and speed...did I mention that Clemson has more talent and speed?OK I guess you get the picture.We have had as good a year as I could have imagined this year but we pale in comparison to Clemson when overall talent and speed are compared.Now dont get me wrong our coaches have executed our game plans and gotten the most out of the guys we have but as far as talent and speed Clemson is in the top 10 guys....beleive me,they rank right up there with the best.

Joe Ganz without a second thought as the team MVP.Big SUH as the defensive MVP.IMHO these 2 were CLEARLY our best AND MVPs this year.

Hey guys I understand your concerns but when looking at his currrent stats, profile and pure athleticism we have to give this kid a fair shot. Also have you seen the new youtube of him? My gosh guys he is a beast! I really hope we get this guy before someone else does..... As a true husker fan since I can remember, we need this!!!! Dude is a beast.He will be a 5.6-5.7 3 star by rivals but imho his upside is even higher
