Agreed. But expect Bo to do double duty and try to be HC and DC at the same time (again). Note I said try to be HC. Bo has so many things that he needs to improve on as HC... it takes time and effort... he does not have that time when he micromanages his DC figurehead. One of Bo's bigger problems has been with his hires. Lets hope that changes here and he brings in someone from the outside and they are given the D and Bo can shore things up at the HC position. The internal promotion would be very bad. This. Bo has a chance to bring in someone that will take some of the pressure off of him and stop the micromanaging of the D.

What is your take on him speed? Does he come here or is he heading to SC?

I do think he has a bright future, but I also think he needs a little more time to gain experience. And serving under Bo and someone like Stoops would help a great deal.

Well if it is JP, BO is making a huge mistake.I don't doubt JP is a good coach. Just don't think he is ready to be a DC.

So Stoops is still an option. Might be out of play now. We'll see, but sounds like he may be OU bound and their might be some shake ups there. No shortage of options for this guy. Thats for sure. Do you think Zook is still an option? Or are we going to keep this in house? As of late last night and early this morning he was. Don't know what's happened today. Still have a mystery guy out there that no one will give a name of. So either no one knows who it is or he's coaching somewhere still which is probably the case. Thanks for keeping us updated. Hope we get this done soon.
