The Huskers were 7-6 when SP took over as AD. I saw him in Shreveport. Had he fired Frank after the Indy bowl Callahan would have still been employed by the Raiders and would have never set foot in Lincoln. No way to tell how that would have worked out. Probably not any better than it did. Letting Fank rebuild the staff only to fire him a year later was the worst possible choice.

Unless you can find a kind hearted person who will sell them to you at face value or close to it, you would be better off buying from scalpers the day of the game. It's along way to travel without tickets in hand but scalpers always have tickets. The longer you wait the lower the price.
