Yeah I'm pretty sure Any Given Sunday wasn't meant to be a documentary. But I think you're a little naive or maybe just being disingenuous if you're to tell me some of that stuff doesn't go on in the real life NFL. Also, I've quoted that movie before and I can say with certainty I'm not a giant D-bag. In fact I'm a rock n roll badass who gets all the ladies.

I love Any Given Sunday. That's a classic sports movie in my book. I remember Mike Golic said that was the worst football movie ever made, I cant say I disagree. I can live with that, can't really stand that guy anyways. Alert me when he says something interesting.

I'd say it's more of a question of whether or not entering Pakistan was legal. I believe the UN said it was, but I certainly have to read up on all that some more. I didn't think there was any question he was a legitimate military target. Again, I haven't done much reading on all this yet, just kind of my thoughts.

I need to see a lot of those. I was just wondering the other day if there were any football movies out there I haven't seen. Thanks for posting. I'm fine with Remember The Titans being #1, it's a damn fine movie (too bad it's Disney though, coulda been better). I would put Any Given Suday at #1. I know I'm probably alone in thinking that, but I love the side of pro football it shows.

No doubt they plan on retaliating. It will be a lot harder to pull off something even close to the scale of 9/11 nowadays. Plus they just lost a tactical GENIUS in bin Laden. Say what you will about him being a crazy f#ck (and he was) but he was brilliant at what he did. Very doubtful someone with that much influence, money, charisma, ect. replaces him. This was a huge victory on our part. Huge. A lot bigger than a lot of people think. And for the "skeptics", get over it, he's as dead as disco.
