#13 has got a lot of attitude. thats what makes him special. you need guys with lots of attitude and they need that attitude to be contagious if you are gonna have a mean defense with a lot of swagger.

with our WR/DB positions so thin i cant believe grixby and nunn are returning kicks/punts. i can understand if they dont feel confident in a freshman running back with fumbles, i just dont know what to think about that. i still agree that nunn is a good returner and if i had to pick between nunn and grix, i'd have to go with nunn

getting around in lincoln is impossible on a regular day, let alone gameday

easy guys its just the first game. a lot of teams struggled today. lets hope they work out some kinks this week. we still won the game but it obviously showed our offense that they need to step it up.

well it was the first game in a full house against a live defense that isnt your own. I expected some slip ups. We have a lot of work to do with our offense and hopefully now that the new guys know what its like to play under the lights of Memorial Stadium they will improve and become more comfortable with the live gameday environment. if we lose to wake then i am gonna say "uh-oh."

i would say that its almost night and day with our d-line and LB's in retrospect to last year.
