Watson isn't hurting the team right now it's penalties and dropped passes. The refs must be getting a bonus at the end of the year for whoever throws the most flags at Nebraska
I'm not so worked up about the BCS. It really only determines the top 2 teams and there is about no chance Nebraska winds up there. All we have to do is go to the Big 12 championship, win it, then crush a Big East team in the Fiesta Bowl heading to the Big 10 riding high
Problem is, if the Offense continues this, we stand a very good chance of losing to A&M. Fortunately, Sherrod is just as adept at turning the ball over as we are fumbling it.
Only problem is Texas A&M replaced Johnson with Tannehill
While Cody is probably never going to be a true starter for us since we are lucky enough to have a talent like Taylor Martinez; I believe people are way too harsh on Cody Green. Let's remember this kid is only a Sophomore he hasn't fully developed yet. Not everyone can be a superstar right away for some it takes time. Green has the physical capabilities to be a good QB he just needs to put "it" all together
I usually disagree with the anti-ESPN commentator stuff on this board, but these two are HORRIBLE! Cunningham calls the game like an absolute wimp.....and also that was a fumble for the hit on Gabbert
I see us well out of the top 10, maybe around 12th or so. Texas will go back to being ranked. Then I see the BCS top 5 being 1) Boise 2) Oregon 3) Oklahoma 4) Auburn 5) TCU
The Pac-10 is actually looking pretty solid, Oregon looks to be a national championship contender, Arizona just beat Iowa, and Arizona St. was a blocked extra point away from possibly beating Wisconsin
