  1. as times change people and their beliefs and desires change. According to religion sex between man and woman was limited to certain number of times, during certain times of the year. Plus it could only be done for having kids. Today we are no longer taught that, so in essence all married couples who have sex are rebelling against God's design. By the time we are in the old folks home and our great grand kids are playing for the Huskers. Then beliefs about sex within a married couple could be drastically different then how we see it today.

  7. Nice looking uniform. There just isn't much you can do with that terrible orange color. yea you can. You can change the school color. Then burn all evidence that it was used lol.
  8. Not going to lie I think those pictures with the dot are pretty badass from the cops perspective. I'm sure BRI or someone more knowledgeable can give you the actual reason, but from what I've heard and read in books the 5.56mm or .223 round doesn't really pack much of a punch. Quite a few accounts of soldiers shooting an enemy and they just keep on coming, so if they want to be sure they aim for the head first and go for the kill shot. Better safe than sorry that you or your buddy got shot/blown up. Soldiers are trained to shoot center mass as it's the bigger area and normally exposed. The 5.56mm they shoot doesn't pack much punch. Combined with how the M16/A2 and M4's are designed makes it easier to shoot and keep on target. That's all I remember learning about the round of choice while in the military. According to discovery channel I think Myth Busters the 5.56mm won't go straight through normally. Instead when it hits the target it bounces and tumbles around. Creating a lot of internal damage. So with shooting center mass your more than likely going to hit or damage a vital organ like the lungs or heart.
  9. And you've been putting up with this for 5 years? I say trick her take her to an away husker game and just call it a show lol. Another good spot to go to is Dauphin Island Alabama. It's a small island in the Gulf that's about 30 minute drive to Mobile and Gulf Shores if you take the ferry ride. Museums and plenty of shopping in both locations. Plus Dauphin Island isn't very populated so really quiet and relaxing. http://www.alabama.travel/places-to-go/dauphin-island?gclid=CNO_0ZOeyLgCFSVgMgodExUAXg
  10. I asked the guys laying the carpet this very question. They use a device like a road sweeper that combs the "grass" up while they dump the cork/rubber/sand mix into it. Kinda like this: Who the hell are you? based on his picture i'd say Tom Osborne but I could be wrong lol.
  11. A) Eliminate the Blackshirt and Tunnel Walk traditions and says they were dumb to begin with B) Forfeit all conference games because they conflict with his band's practice times C) Run an underground mascot fighting ring and put Herbie up again Lil' Red D) Lowering Shawn Eichorst into a snakepit "Raiders of the Lost Ark"-style. E) Murder I bet this would actually improve his rating amongst the fans instead of hurting it. Even though I like Lil' Red i'd pay to watch this. lol
  12. 50 lb holy sh!t what do you fish for? lol
  13. Spider wire braided is about all I ever use but I have a bait caster and spin caster reels. I don't use the closed face reels at all. I've have had very little knots in mine but when you get em your pretty much screwed. If your having the issues with closed reels. then I suggest just sticking with monofiliment since it's a pain to untangle the line in those.
  14. You wuss lol j/k don't blame you The closest i've been to seeing one or being in one was a few years ago. It was the storm that went through Omaha and Council Bluffs that killed the two boy scouts out at camp. I was staying at a friends trailor near the air port in Omaha. She woke up scared wanted to go to the shelter for the storm. When I asked why I noticed the ceiling fan swinging. Then I noticed the wind moving the trailor. The storm shelter was 10 feet from the front door. I still wouldn't budge as I wanted to watch it lol. Looking back at it was pretty stupid.
  15. Adrian Peterson - I don't remember much of his college days but what I do remember would say top 100 easily maybe in the 50-70 range. Cam Newton - absolutely not maybe top 150 list. He was a back up at Florida before transfering. Had 1 good year during his career. Colt McCoy - no maybe a top 150 list. The only Colt McCoy highlights worth watching is when Suh threw him 10 yards. Shipley is what made Colt look good. Darren McFadden Deion Sanders Ed Reed Eric Berry Kordell Stewart Ndamukong Suh - Absolutely should be on this list. He was dominate and hard to block. I'd say 25-40 range. Reggie Bush - Yes I'd list him in the 45-65 range. He was a great player that was fun to watch. Tim Tebow - This one I don't know. Tim had some great numbers but my opinion they are inflated a bit just cause of the surrounding players he had.
  16. No some people are always going to find something to bitch about to ruin it for others. Mainly cause they are unhappy so everyone else has to be misserable to. Case in point this was posted on my facebook page yesterday. yeah cause that pic is totally legit huh? I'm not saying the picture is but the comments ive found are mixed. Some support it some just laugh. But somewhere out there people agree to this picture real or not.
  17. Yep. If you ever watched Stormchasers on the Discovery Channel, they showed a few shots of super-crowded roads just lined with people who were out trying to see the tornado. People are fascinated by these things, and they want to see them, it's just that getting that many people on the road in that many cars creates congestion, and when a tornado takes a left turn like the one that killed Tim Samaris, you have the potential for devastation. One other note - we have acquaintances that live near Moore, OK. They don't have a basement, so the plan is that if there's a tornado and it crosses some certain street/road, they get in their car and drive away from it. If the whole neighborhood or town does that, suddenly you've got 10,000-30,000 people flooding the roads, and you've got more congestion, more potential for destruction. It's a rough situation down there. In there type of situation thatd be tough choice either way. Risk getting in a traffic jam in a storms path, or stay in your home and hope it doesn't hit you. I'll admit i'm one of those idiots that goes out looking for these. But I stick around lincoln, have yet to see one. If I do I plan to stay behind the storm and out of the real researchers way.

  19. I was reading about the researchers who lost their lives. Other researchers stated not only are they having to deal with the limited roads to get out of the storms path. But other thrill seekers that are out there to video tape the storm that are only in the way.
