Fickell was the interim for tressel. Amazing how facts get messed up. If we fire Riley after one season.....we won't attract any big name coaches without paying an absurd amount. Face it, we are tied to him unless he steps down (won't happen)

Why is everyone always so pissed in here. we are winning and it's OUR game to lose. What more can you ask for. You aren't going to curb stomp every opponent. Defense is playing a great game. I'm happy with the output so far. Could still lose but let's stop the negativity.

I prefer this blind optimism over the "we are the worst so let's all just quit" attitude that has been all over this board today... The chances are there. The defensive backs are there....just need to get it all together. It's not out of the realm of possibility at all. Hopefully things turn around. Don't quit on them yet guys....season is still young, we only get a few Saturday games a year.

The hatred is real tonight. I don't understand it, we wait all year just to watch the huskers play....now it seems some can't for the season to be over. Let's just enjoy the team good bad or indifferent people! Good lord

That's kind of my thought as well. Plus judging how someone is handling a new offense after spring ball is purely speculation. Did Zac look good saturday, Ya not bad.... But Tommy sturggled and showed the exact issues he's always had. I would hate to have to decide and I hope riley is a damn good qb coach. Could be an interesting fall for us boys and girls

Serious question.... What are the chances that Darlington gets a chance to win the startin job over Tommy

I saw a shot of Tommy just bsing with the former players. I know it's a spring game and they are just having fun but Id think I would be wanting to watch and see what the other qbs are doing

Bush looks like he is shaking his nerves. Tommy- nice runner and mediocre throwing Bish- awkward running but seems to have a decent ball now Zac- showing elusiveness, not a true runner, good looking ball. Wish I could have a little of all 3!!!

I just don't see him putting forth the practice if he doesn't intend to play. He's been promised a full ride regardless. I'm putting my money on he wants to compete.

I would have loved to have him. Trust me I think it's a shame how they treated him....but I think he will be just fine there. He will get his turn
