B1G officiating showing it's competence once again.

Here is why you have to run it again on that second down as predictable as it may become. If that isn't picked and is incomplete you're sitting at third and long, Nebraska's strength as we all know, and the pick is probably coming on the next down. This team NEEDS third and managable. Set yourself up for at least some success

1. The Halloween Massacre. As knapp said it was loud and it was the darkest the crowd in Memorial Stadium I've ever seen. Coming off the tie the year before and the losses before that even the blue hairs were booing and cussing the Buffs and their fans. Loved it as a 12 year old 2. 95 Fiesta Bowl. Enough said 3. The 10-3 Oklahoma game. Quiet as hell when the offense had the ball, but the place was shaking every time the Blackshirts were on the field. 4. Henery Kick Suh Pick against the Buffs. PLace was insane the last two minutes 5. The Ohio State B1G Conference Home Opener. Had tickets right in the middle of the OSU parents section. John SImon(stud DL for the Bucks) parents were right in front of me and a buddy and turned around and congratulated us on the win when Bausermann came trotting onto the field. Honorable Mention. Northwestern Hail Mary, Helu running all over Mizzou, USC kicking our a$$, Billy C's last game running it up on KState

To be fair his OLine was NU level garbage bad. So he should be able to hit the ground running next fall as he's used to running for his life a lot

For the record, today's Iowa/Northwestern was the SEVENTH highest scoring game in Wrigley this year

Defense has played above their talent, but being on the field so much and seeing better offensive personnel giving up points was bound to increase

And then we could go with defensive holding(the contact when the ball is not in the air) followed by the DPI(contact when the ball was in the air) Fans once again would be up in arms if that call isn't upheld if roles were reversed and it was NU on offense. There was no clear view of the guys right hand to see if it was controlling the ball so it being upheld was no shock. Fans need to fully see how bad crews are in this conference and be more pissed at this team(that IS NOT very good) let bad refs have a small part in deciding an outcome against a worse team.
