Over the past 2 years we have competed for Big XII titles, had one of the best defenses in football and a watch a coach who ACUATLLY CARES about his team. I like 60yd TD runs as much as anyone however I REALLY like the type of offense we saw today. They fed off the defense and play great clock control, possession type passing and snot bubble tough running. I think after first quarter the TOP was Huskers ~11mins to Buffs ~4mins. That's Husker football, that's football and I like it. GBR!!!

Good God I hope not. I NEVER want to see some mamby-pamby dink and dunk passing offense in Lincoln. Nebraska football, from the beginning and to the present was BUILT on the ground, and only passing to open the running lanes. A guy like Paul Johnson, or even someone like whoever the offensive coordinator is at Wisconsin. Love to watch them bull their way down the field with a huge line and bruising backs. And I'm not alone. Word up. Play-action passes we safeties are broken and bruised and tough running does not mean triple I formation.

Based on experiences about four years ago, I'm still pretty happy that most are pissed if we are going to the Alamo Bowl. At least we are back in the correct neighborhood. Huskers need to shutout or at least hold CU to no TDs. I'd take three straight games without an opposing team scoring a TD. Hard to defend yourself if you're Watson at that point.
