No disrespect...but look at who is recruiting Corey....and backup plans don't win Conference or We need great OL to win a Big Ten or National Championship. OR great OL coaches .

Seems like we have some issues with the mental side of the defense more than the offense anymore. Maybe we need to simplify a bit? ANYWAY...good to see another commit. Saw Collins Okafor and Lester Ward are graduating and won't be back so we have some room. GBR

We can always use a good OL. Seems like we are always short of those....at least lately

What is intriquing about Rutgers that they would get some of the cream recruits? I am not the sharpest tool on the shelf...can someone explain it to me?

I have not heard anything about "a large fraction of Husker fans calling for Pelini to be outsted" at all. There are a few. Most of them are not so much disappointed with the 9 win seasons (I HOPE we all learned are lesson about that with Frank), but they are a bit disturbed about his passion sometimes on the sideline. I think this is more disgruntled press than anything else. My opinion: Nearly every player supports Bo and what he does. He has a class average of 3.00 (let's see where the SEC schools stack up in that). He also is PASSIONATE about having kids do things the right way. SHELTON...YOU CAN'T GO WRONG BEING A HUSKER!!

What is up with a bunch of our recruits interested in Tennessee? Are they in the same boat we are...trying to fill up a class in January. Seems like most of the other football programs have most of their slots filled.

Never say never...look at past years. We have had some recruits come through on signing day. It is is to be it is...if not....we'll get 'em next year.

Guess how many SEC teams have won over 60% of their bowls? They aren't consistently good...they have just been on a hot streak of late. And helped by over recruiting and kicking kids off their teams. (which luckily is being stopped).

I just can't wait to get receivers on the field that can actually catch the ball. TMart's stats were sure hurt due to so many dropped balls. GBR.

I think it is nice that someone is offering to write his "papers" for him....although if he gets caught, he may end up getting expelled.

Sometimes I don't like reading these threads....seems like we have a lot more of the glass half empty than half full. Seems strange we barely have half a class 'on board' with only a month remaining.

Hey...I do not live in Nebraska and love to listen to the pregame action and "turn the sound off on the tv and listen to Greg Sharpe". I use the web audio on the computer. The link for the audio does not seem to be there for the bowl game. Anyone know what is up, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks

Anyone hear where Mizzou was in all this? Most Mizzou fans seem to think it is a done deal--they follow A&M to the SEC?

Everyone on the Mizzou Tigerboard is crying about this and STILL how it is Nebraska and Colorado that started the whole house of cards tumbling. Only a few understand that it is BEVO that is taking down the Big 12 house, mostly with Beebee's acceptance. I had to also laugh about one post from a Mizzou supporter. They mentioned that the only reason they didn't join the big 10 last year was because the Big 12 was still there and solid. LIKE...maybe they need to be asked to another conference first? I say good for A&M. If it turns out to be true... Go Huskers!
