  1. I don't think MJ will stay and I am not sure that Rhule would want to keep him, as the saying goes...a house should not have two masters.
  2. We'll see him next year if he comes back for his senior season.
  3. The improved visibility rating is bunk considering that the Huskers are now the 13th most watched college football team. http://www.goodbullhunting.com/2013/12/17/5216550/college-football-tv-ratings-2013-regular-season-final-sec
  4. Because they won the Big Ea....I mean "American" conference.
  5. Thanks for the post Nate! Wow, I would love to see the Huskers against any $EC team. That would be all "boom or bust" for sure! We need to generate some momentum and pull off a big win and redeem ourselves a bit (well, a lot)! I agree. If you are going to play in a bowl game, you want to play against a team that is "on par" or better than you for the season. I'd be fine with Texas or any SEC team, not K-state. Agreed. People should post on their Facebook page, even if it may not do much good. https://www.facebook.com/BuffaloWildWingsBowl
  6. SEC can only get two in. BCS rules limit each conference to only two bids under most circumstances. I have Alabama, Clemson, Michigan State (probably), and either Oklahoma or Oregon as the at-large teams. I think (hope) that the BWW bowl will pass on us if can't match us up with Texas.
  7. Gotta get Texas and Oklahoma into the BCS....
  8. I'm not convinced that the Sugar would pick Baylor over Oregon. The Sugar Bowl doesn't have the Big 12 vs. SEC arrangement until 2015.
  9. Ditto! Also MASH, Hogans Heros, The Munsters, Adams Family and others I'm sure. That was pretty much my after school line up. The Munsters, Adams Family were always on TBS. And always started 5 minutes after the top of the hour.
  10. http://sportsillustr...koff/?eref=sihp He picked Michigan to beat us 33-14.
  11. Alaska Washington (Seattle airport) California Arizona Nevada Montana Wyoming Utah Colorado New Mexico Texas Oklahoma Kansas Nebraska South Dakota Minnesota Iowa Missouri Arkansas Louisiana Illinois Wisconsin Michigan Indiana Ohio
  12. Maybe that was the stats prior to the fourth game, but Illinois has moved up to 10th in the Big Ten in pass yards allowed per game. Just ahead of Nebraska. And in fact Illinois is slightly ahead of Nebraska in most defensive categories except Nebraska has wayyyyyy more ints. Nebraska is slightly better than Illinois offensively but both are pretty good with Illinois employing a passing attack predominantly and Nebraska running much more on offense. On paper, if you take out the name and history of the programs, these teams are fairly evenly matched with quite a few similarities. Obviously they don't play the game on paper though so Saturday should be illuminating. I agree, it is pretty even. Comparing our losses, I would say that UCLA and Washington are about the 3rd/4th best teams in the Pac-12. The Huskers biggest advantages are turnover margin and that the game is at home.
