All people are doing is looking back on the NU/OU rivalry with nostalgia. It is not some pining, jilted-ex-girlfriend thing. It was good football and it was fun. There's nothing wrong with remembering it fondly. There's nothing wrong with thinking it might be fun to play them again, just like it's not wrong to think about playing Oregon, Boise St., Kansas, Iowa State, Missouri, Notre Dame, or to discuss upcoming games against UCLA, Miami, or anyone else. The concept that you can't speak fondly about Oklahoma is more annoying than the people speaking fondly about Oklahoma. With the exception that most of you come off like clingy, whiny, jilted ex-girlfriends. For christ's sake...let it go. It is sentiment that is, percentage wise, very one sided. With the majority of piners coming from the NU side...certainly not worth a 3 page message string. Have a little self respect and dignity. Someone is Projecting.

Are you saying you want to buy tickets from scalpers? That is a terrible idea. Why would you do that? Find a fan selling their tickets and buy from them.

Nebraska has never lost to Northwestern. That won't change this year.

I have been watching here for a long time and I just started posting here a while ago. Who are all of these people? I don't know any of the names posting any more. Did a lot of people just return from being away for a long time?

I like the Big Ten better than the Big 12 and there is no comparison. The Big Ten reminds me of the Big Eight when we used to play there a long time ago. It is fun football and a fun conference. The Big 12 is going to be gone soon and if we didn't get out we would have been in big trouble. I'm glad we are in the Big Ten. It's better to play Ohio State and Michigan and Wisconsin than anyone else in the Big 12 except for Oklahoma.

I can't believe they aren't rotating more on the line. The main guys are playing really well right now but in a long season they should be getting guys like Choi more reps to keep them fresh.

Sorry, I learned from Tom Osborne and continue to learn from Bo that the end result is not the most important thing. If you want to strive for excellence then you realize there are always things that can be improved upon. I'm happy with the win but only people that only care about winning or losing would gloss over where we could've been better. A wise man once told me that only the Sith deal in absolutes. Yes there were things that we need to fix and we did not play a perfect game but we did just beat a top ten team and there are more posts complaining about things than celebrating the win. It's like we can't just be happy we won we have to seek out every little thing and pick it apart with tweezers and a microscope. If we listed everything we did wrong in that game we would be here until December but we won. Let's celebrate that.

The only good thing about going to Indy and losing would be the novelty of being the only team to have gone to two different conference's first ever championship games. I would take the BCS bowl choice every time.

They have to talk about the missed INTs because what else would they talk about? Everyone played a really good game in the secondary for the first time this year. But the coaches have to teach, so they'll point out those, and there was at least one play where the receiver was wide open that I remember and they'll focus on those plays to teach the guys. If Stafford had caught that ball he would have scored but if Stafford could catch all the balls thrown to him he'd be a wide receiver. Isn't that what they say about DB's?

We learned that even after beating a team in the top ten by three touchdowns Nebraska fans can still find plenty of things to be unhappy about.

I heard a bunch of the players were cramping up because they weren't hydrating during the week like the coaches said they should. I don't know if this is what happened to Evans but it looked like he had a cramp.

Famous last words? God, I hope not............. A team that is supposed to be going to the conference championship game shouldn't be struggling to beat Northwestern. You have to be ready for each game and dominate certain games and we should dominate this game.
