I couldn't stomach him going to UT much more than FSU. Anyways, if AP is worried about the depth chart, if he would probably be the best tackle we have from a talent standpoint as soon as he steps in, so he'd get PT. I don't mean that as a slam to our current guys. But, I really hope our offense can move the ball and show consistency.

Probably because they recruit kids who can barely read. Me too. It would probably effect everyone to some degree, BUT the SEC would feel it the most out of everyone. I somewhat applaud Slive for this, but as I heard somewhere else it could be just to take attention away from impending investigations in his conference. They've been getting a lot of heat and bad press.

Unfortunately Debbie Downer is hitting too good of an average of late. Anything can happen to any kid if NU gets them on campus. If they can get Diggs or any recruit in during the season for an official that obviously helps. Hopefully Mike Rose has some free time that weekend and might venture up to Lincoln as well. It wouldn't hurt. Mike Rose will have no choice, he has to be in Lincoln while Diggs/Jiles/Vanderwhatever are in town. But, in the end I have to agree with you Paul. I see him choosing South Carolina, and never being heard from again. Me too. I'd be utterly shocked if he did otherwise.

lest not we forget he is being recruited hard by a lot of other top notch programs.... its gonna be a battle and i hope we have our sh#t together on this on... the kid is just well a f'ing beast This and the fact that this battle probably will go into 2012 for this kid. It says a lot more in what he doesn't do versus what he does do.

I agree that he should take all his visits and then commit based on what they see, as should every other prospect. I noticed, out of the schools mentioned above, NU is his best offer. It could be he wants to ensure he has a place at a higher caliber program if nothing else pans out. Also since there are limited spaces in our class and there are higher prospects on our board, maybe he wants in while he still can. I still like his potential though.

Clemson is more like an SEC school than 5 or 6 of the schools in the SEC...plus they need an East representative and a West rep. Hey, KC. I was wondering where you'd got to. Good offseason? I think Clemson makes a VERY strong case for SEC membership over Oklahoma. Not sure what the Sooners would do with themselves if Texas left them. Clemson is probably the most SEC-like school not in the SEC, so yes they'd be a very logical choice for expansion.

Michigan kind of scared me, but I would put money on Aziz either ending up at Stanford or USC. Just being mentioned in his top group is awesome. Not holding my breath though. Once again, I'm not overly excited unless he selects us for an official visit.

I like this prospect quite a bit! Ditto about the Pelinis discovering talent. He can hit and he has really good speed and quickness.

Things should the a lot busier than normal pretty soon. I really don't relish in seeing schools get punished, but its about time they got to some SEC schools, especially Auburn which I can't stand.

If we are able to get anything close to that I'd be extremely happy. But you never know with recruiting.

I voted for the Defense. I know what they'll bring most gamedays and nothing is more gratifying that watching a defense beat up an offense. I would've voted both but I just don't know what product we'll get from the O.

Yes, A&M is in between a rock and a hard place right now because of those factors. As for the SEC schools, I'm just as curious as you are living amongst many SEC fans, but I've been hearing LSU and Tennessee for certain not sure of the fourth school. Although not an SEC school GA Tech has to vacate their 2009 ACC title due to violations.
