knapplc
I'm making ramen noodles and some potstickers from the frozen foods dept. The Ramen Noodles recipe: Ramen Noodles One Package Ramen noodles 1 Green Onion, washed & chopped 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped 1/4 cup Carrots, splintered 1/4 cup frozen Sweet Corn Lime Juice (about 1/4 lime) Garlic (minced) Chicken (one frozen tenderloin) Sriracha sauce to taste black pepper Boil water per ramen package directions and add the seasoning packet. Microwave frozen chicken for one minute at full power. Heat a pan on medium-high. Add oil, the white parts of the green onion and simmer. Add the garlic, then the chicken. Add the splintered carrots to the boiling water. Remove the chicken from the pan and shred. Return the chicken to the pan and stir-fry until strips are crispy but not charred. Add the noodles to the boiling water and carrots, along with any other vegetable you're using. Add the contents of the pan and simmer. Once the ramen is soft, serve immediately. Top with chopped cilantro and fresh-ground black pepper. Quote Link to comment
