BIGREDIOWAN
I'm taking my father to his first Husker game this Saturday. I hope the fans aren't complete a$$es because I would be pissed if he has a bad experience. I realize it isn't the best time to take someone to the game, but it's still the Huskers and I'm still very passionate about them. Quote Link to comment

cornhuskers4ever
Looks like somebody was trying to draw attention (and TV cameras to himself). If I was at the KU game I wouldn't put a bag over my head. I am proud to see all of the TRUE Cornhusker fans around Omaha that are still wearing their Husker gear. I've got a Husker hat on today while I run errands and a Husker Jacket. If their were KU fans with Paper Bags, it was probably because they were planning to pick up dates later that evening. It is easy to wear husker gear in the state of Nebraska, now wearing it outside the state, say here in Kansas City is a bit more difficult. A greater chance of being made of fun here, ecspecially with all the NU and MU fans in these parts. However every Saturday I still put up my flag outside and wear some sort of Husker gear. What are you talking about...I love it. People are more willing to start a conversation with me now...I am out of state ALL the time, wear my Husker gear ALL the time....talk Husker football ALL the time. People like Nebraska...they want us to be a cinderella and come back...and we will. Check your attitude, there is your problem. Don't be defensive but be positive...we are on our way back my man!!!
