DeathCultArmaggedon
Since Bo has taken the reigns, I have noticed the recruits we have been targeting have some over-arching themes. For example, I know that almost all of the DBs Pelini has started recruiting have been over 6'1". Also, there seems to be a lot of emphasis on speed, rather than size (Eddie Brown). Anyone else noticing this? It reminds me of when Coach Osborne went from a read-react defense to an attacking defense. The players we started getting fit that mold much better. Quote Link to comment
huskerfan500
yea pelini wants his ends espically quicker, d-ends like Demarrio Williams type of players. He also said he wants really fast hard hitting players Quote Link to comment

Spartness
You heard it many times. He wants talent that fits his system. He doesn't care about stars and Rivals and Scout. I figure he will successfully recruit both high profile players and kids under the radar screen. Quote Link to comment
Husker_x
Staple of the Tampa 2, really. He's got his system and he's finding guys who will be able to move quickly but also as a cohesive unit. 11 guys in one motion from the snap to the whistle. It may not be the second coming, but considering the way our LBs and D-line were built last year, I think we'll all take what we can get. I'm curious to see what the turnover picture will look like next season. Quote Link to comment
teamster
I'll accept +1.65 turnovers per game. I won't be angry if they want to amp it up to about +2.65. Quote Link to comment
