PK 90 Alex Henery, 6-2, 170, So. DE 99 Barry Turner, 6-3, 270, Sr. Position Spotlight: Step one to getting the Husker defense to do what Bo Pelini wants is to generate a pass rush. He's turning the defense loose to do whatever it can to make big plays, but there needs to be a steady, consistent threat to get to the quarterback. Turner needs to be a bigger factor. Landlord
Man that's a lot of seniors... Hopefully something good can happen this season because it seems like the one after might be really rough Quote Link to comment
trouble
I agree... Wheres Suh? He should start IMO. Quote Link to comment
BigBL87
Maybe they're just figuring these will be the first stringers going into the fall. If that's the case, I'm not sure Suh will be 100% at the beginning of fall practice. That could be what they are thinking. Once the season rolls around, I think Suh will be our starting NT. On another note, are those weights still accurate for our DEs? It would really concern be if both of our DEs are almost as heavy as our DT. Potter wouldn't bother be quite as much, I forgot how f'ing huge he is. Quote Link to comment

Igetbored216
Michael Your blog: "Fishing and Football" Why isn't this "Football and Fishing"? Where are your priorities? I knew it was only a matter of time until someone mentioned something about that. And of course, if I switched it around, when I post on the Nebraska Fishing forum, they would ask where my priorities are. PUNKS! Quote Link to comment
Overland Park Husker
Man that's a lot of seniors... Hopefully something good can happen this season because it seems like the one after might be really rough I thought the same thing at first, but some of those positions we're deep at, like RB, O-Line and WR (assuming the young guys step up). The D-Line, LB's and QB might be a different story though. Quote Link to comment
