We ran plenty under Callahan. We were also -able- to run it against some cupcakes. The real test for our running game will come later this season. Â Congratulations Lucky, who just surpassed Eric Crouch in all-purpose yards. Yeah we ran some but as soon as we were down by a touchdown we would crawl into a hole and pass like there's no tomorrow. Â As it turned out, there wasn't really a tomorrow. And there weren't many "down by just a touchdown" moments. An example of passing like there's no tomorrow, despite having the game well locked down, would be the WMU game this year. Â Anyways, good job on the KO coverage...tried a trick and we didn't fall for it. I was worried there for a sec; these guys are supposed to be fast. Quote Link to comment

Possibly trying to save an extra year of eligibility for him. Must not be a great drop-off between him and Colton Koehler. Quote Link to comment
