Any recruits reactions of VT loss?

Recommended Posts

Believe it or not, a win or loss on a visit doesn't really affect recruits. I can't imagine any recruit saying anything negative about their visit last night. They saw a great atmosphere, tailgating before, stadium during, they saw top notch facilities, they saw a Nebraska team that played with a lot of heart, but is lacking in talent (coached talent), the defensive recruits should probably be licking their chops with the mindset that hey, Bo Pelini can coach defense, he cares for his players, and he needs my help. It's been reported that Cody Green was amazed "to the point of almost being speechless". Oku, I'm not to sure about, on one hand he saw that he will get his chance to shine, he saw that Nebraska will stick to the hot back, but he also saw that our run blocking is less than great. All recruits also saw a recovering Nebraska program battle it out with a highly respected program in VaTech, the jury may still be out on VaTech but there is a lot of season left, and it isn't out of the question that VaTech is in the Orange Bowl again this year.

Teasers can give you an Idea.

On Keenan Graham: Visit was a "10".

It was a wow-type weekend for a lot of wow-type recruits, Nebraska playing host to a group of marquee players from around the country. Defensive End Keenan Graham was one of those, and if you think a team winning versus how a team is, is more important, Graham could change your mind. He knows that some of what he experienced certainly changed his.

On Thaddeus Randle: Randle rates Nebraska a "12"

Committing to a school without seeing it first is a bit of a risk. There is always a chance that something isn’t right and the recruit decides to go somewhere else. For Thaddeus Randle, things couldn’t have been better at Nebraska. The Nebraska commitment was blown away by what he saw on his trip and his commitment remains solid.

On Alex Logan: Logan thinks he could help the Huskers

With a serious need at safety in the '09 recruiting class, Nebraska is focused on bringing in playmakers at the position. One of the top uncommitted safety prospects left on the board is Alex Logan from Denver (Colo.) Mullen high school. Did the Huskers make a good impression on the talented defensive back?

On Alex Logan: A perfect Ten

Denver (Colo.) Mullen safety Alex Logan enjoyed the game day atmosphere in Lincoln during his official visit to Nebraska over the weekend. However, the highlight of the trip for 6-foot-2, 195-pound safety was getting more familiar with the Husker coaching staff. Where does the 'Big Red' now rank with his other favorites?

On Daytawion Lowe: Lowe Impressed with NU visit

Going into his weekend trip to Nebraska, Daytawion Lowe had said Oklahoma State was in the driver's seat to secure his college commitment. Now, after spending almost 48 hours in Lincoln, the 6-foot-0, 175-pound safety out of Midwest City (Okla.) Carl Albert admitted that the Cornhuskers have caught up some ground.

On Keenan Graham: Graham returns from first official visit

It was the first official visit of the recruiting process for four-star outside linebacker prospect Keenan Graham.

The 6-foot-3, 220-pounder made his way to Lincoln, Neb., this weekend to check out the Nebraska program and see the Huskers take on Virginia Tech at home. Despite the loss to the Hokies, the Husker program definitely impressed Graham. The Las Vegas defender talked about it all right here.

On Cody Green: Green has amazing visit to NU

Husker quarterback commit Cody Green has already been to Lincoln a couple times before, but his third time back topped everything he had experienced previously. The atmosphere of a Big Red game day left him almost speechless. Full details inside:

posting the teasers is ok guys, but you have to remember that copy and pasting direct quotes from paid for info is a No-No

the way i do it is post information with a direct link to the full story.

that way you decide if you want more, you get it right from the source.
