This year, we're getting better and better with each game. I'm looking forward to a bowl especially if we play a ranked team. It would be good to get that monkey off of our back. Look a Chase Daniels, his first two years were ok, Ganz has one year in the system and just blew Taylors single season passing record. He would be a Heisman contender. Quote Link to comment

Ganz is a nice QB, he is just not Heisman nice. No offense but beating passing records at NU is not really that big of deal. Even if he was able to come back next year, he wouldnt even be the best QB in the Big 12 (McCoy, Bradford) Quote Link to comment

True....you see great QB's like MCCOY and DANIEL drop off the Heisman radar because of one or two losses (team losses).....I think that is the main reason that Ganz couldn't get a legit heisman run...he certainly has the CAPABILITIES to get good enough (with another year) to compete for the trophy but I don't see the HUSKERS making a NC run next year....... but oh well......
