craigsker
As a Raider fan I'm delighted to have Fabian Washington as the newest addition. First round, 23rd pick. I'm sure some of you won't share in my enthusiasm that he went to the Raiders right? Quote Link to comment
Blackshirt
No Im not, you are correct sir. I live in KC so I think it goes without saying what I wont say. BUT, I *was* thrilled to see a fellow 'sker go in the 1st, so congrats to Fabian and best of luck to him, regardless of where he plays. Quote Link to comment

DJR313
I read that Len Pasquarelli thought the Raiders trading up from 26 to 23 and giving up another pick to get Fabian was the biggest head scratcher of the first round. He guaranteed that Fabian would have been there at #26. Hopefully Washington proves his worth. Good luck buddy. Quote Link to comment

Eric the Red
Raiders' top pick has faced adversity before By Steve Corkran, CONTRA COSTA TIMES ALAMEDA - Where some sense fear, cornerback Fabian Washington finds excitement. Staring down a talented wide receiver such as Randy Moss isn't scary, it's a challenge. Feeling pressure never enters the equation on the football field for Washington. Not when you have learned some of life's hard lessons at an early age. Quote Link to comment
