rkhufu7
Just to say something positive about Niles , lets compare one portion of his year to an all american (kick returns) Here's two players, Niles is first. Returns Yards TD Avg 38 911 1 23.97 Here's the all american who plays in the Big 12 that many consider as one of the most dangerous players in the country (Maclin) Returns Yards TD Avg. 41 987 1 24.07 That's not bad considering he is realistically a redshirt freshman who wasted his freshman year IMO. Long story short, Niles will be fine, and will be a big part of NU's future. He's not here to be compared to Maclin's bad year on returns! How does he compare to 2007 Maclin? How does he compare to Dez Bryant? He needs to be a TOP WR first and then the returns will come! Quote Link to comment
sdhusker82
Speed with hands? Curenski Gilleylen. Give him more chances. Amen. Quote Link to comment
we.are.husker.nation
Speed with hands? Curenski Gilleylen. Give him more chances. I was super stoked for Gilleylen to break out as a receiver. From what I hear, he has a bad case of the drops. If he can hold onto the ball, I would love nothing more than to see Gilleylen returning punts and/or kicks. Quote Link to comment
