Even though they lose a d coord. they still hired one a few months ago as the assistant, but he's had a pretty good track record so I assume he will just become the head D coord. Mizzou's defense wasn't all that impressive last season, considering they returned 10 starters from the previous season. The new DC is expected to be Dave Steckel - current Linebacker coach - a fiery competitor and a great choice to replace Eberflus. Public sentiment is to hire former Ram and Mizzou alum Mike Jones - the dude who made the Superbowl saving tackle against Tennessee - now known as "The Tackle". (google it) Quote Link to comment
