My take on this poll, is what the author predicts how these coaches will be regarded in the future. (in about a decade) heavily flavored by their currant status. Personally, I think the next couple of years hurts Snyder's overall rating..He just doesn't have the same caliber of assistant coaches Stoops 1&2or3 Phil Bennett (SMU). Bret Bielema (University of Wisconsin). Jim Leavitt (University of South Florida). Mark Mangina (University of Kansas).
