EbylHusker
I would like to know why ESPN used Nebraska and Texas helmets while they did their mock court room bullsh#t? We haven't chocked a game away yet, and both teams are undefeated! Actually, I was thinking that was a representation of who they felt would play in the Big XII Championship game. That was never mentioned, but I still think that might have been what they were there for. I have a feeling whatever loose scripts they use for those court sessions quickly go out the window once Holtz starts drooling on himself and May starts rolling his eyes. To be honest, in terms of the top teams, yeah the Big XII was overrated. Okie St. loses to Houston and Oklahoma loses to BYU, who is now overrated imo. If OU was really the 3rd best team in the country, they would have been far enough ahead of BYU to win without Bradford. Quote Link to comment

I don't buy this logic, BYU is a good football team, maybe not great, but pretty damn good. I can't understand why people continue to doubt the smaller conference schools, especially after what Utah went through last season. It is this kind of thinking that keeps good teams down, while the truly overrated conferences like the Big 10 and ACC continue to play in bowl games they don't deserve. Quote Link to comment
EbylHusker
I'm not saying BYU isn't a good team, but they're certainly not as good as they're being given credit for right now. They beat an OU team that was overrated even before Bradford went down. Rant all you want, but if OU was as good as they were talked about, they'd have put BYU away before they lost Bradford. T_O_Bull
This is a non issue. For 25 years we had a great coach who, let's face it, was a boring guy to interview. Solich and Billy C. weren't much better and the latter ran the program into the ground. Bo is a better interview and all we have to do is keep winning. T_O_B Quote Link to comment

Zach Robinson, Gabbert, McCoy, Bradford. How does this stat hit ya? BIG XII QB RATINGS AFTER 2 GAMES http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/conferences/...09&confId=4 Johnson from Texas A&M has only played one game so those stats are more skewed, also Bradford has obviously been hurt. This pisses me off. Especially after that "who is Zach Lee" comment at the Missouri game in week 1. 186.41 is slaughtering the rest of the big 12 quarterbacks IMO. You can argue the strength of schedule over the first two weeks, but I don't think that A&M, Tech, Texas, or Missouri has played anybody that much harder. Quote Link to comment
