Apathy
I think a lot of you people are taking this lose a whole lot better than myself. I gotta go to work and hear crap from Iowa and yes Hokie fans. I wanted this win BADLY to end that streak but this game showed everybody that Nebraska is on the rise again and that we can hang with the big boys....including a tough opponent in one the Nations toughest places to play at. Its pay back time. Our players gotta let their emotions show more and lets put it too our oppenents for the remainder of our season. Lets put it to Mizzou, Texas Tech, OU and Kansas. Lets play with some more HEART and EMOTION and just punish everybody. LETS F**KING DO THIS AND RIP SOMEBODIES HEAD OFF Quote Link to comment

HuskerfaninOkieland
And if Suh did take the blame for that winning TD...I feel sorry for our opponents O-line. He's gonna be one pissed off player Quote Link to comment
zoogs
^ This is what good teams would do. I really hope our players and coaching staff has the balance and maturity to handle this as such. This isn't the easy road to take. It's much easier to pretend to do this while wallowing in the emotional aftermath of the loss. They gotta put the game just completely behind them. It's a new day. (Well, not yet.) Get fired up. I think for us fans, the kind of game the 'skers bring next week will be VERY indicative of what this program's made of. Quote Link to comment
mmmtodd
And if Suh did take the blame for that winning TD...I feel sorry for our opponents O-line. He's gonna be one pissed off player and thats what makes me smile...that boy has it all...but he has never shown true FIRE. sure, he carried that D today and made amazing play after amazing play, but i dont think he has the leadership attitude that guys will follow him into the depths of colorado. he doesnt get any personal fouls, and i guess thats nice, but come on, i havent seen any Peters bros. in this guy yet. no tomich. no wistrom. hell, no rucker. i want a man child out there that gawldarn knows he is and doesnt care if his cleats steps on someones toes after the whistle. maybe this will wake him up and turn him into a true beast....GBR!!! JTrain
Whatever the problem was with Lee, it needs fixed quickly. As good as our defense played today, Tyrod was not accurate. We will face much better quarterbacks and we'll need a passing game to match. 11/30 136 Yds, 2 INT, 0 TD is not going to beat Mizzou, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas Tech... and maybe not even Baylor and CU. Even with a decent passing game this game and we win by 2 scores. Quote Link to comment
