Fat Tire Posted February 1, 2006 Share Posted February 1, 2006 Reading other sites, it appear there is a possiblity that even though he did sign a LOI to come to Nebraska, it was the LOI that juco's that graduate in december and enroll in spring sign. Sense he didn't qualify to get here for that semester the LOI isn't binding, so it's like recruiting had to start all over for him, and he could sign another LOI.
