Obviously they were going mostly just on average. If they had actually watched Henery's punts I'm not sure how they couldn't have given him first team. His coffin corner accuracy is unreal.

knapplc, I think you are confused. The KC Star has their own All-big 12 team different than the one put out by the conference. This will also help explain your confusion about whether Crick is 1st or 2nd team in the other thread. He is first team in the official list from the conference, but 2nd in the KC star's team.

Alex gets overlooked again. Last year he got beat by Jeff Wolfert, just based off of Wolfert's history. This year he gets overlooked as a kicker and punter.

 

You have to feel for the guy for as much as he does, but the amount of respect he gets by the coaches.
