He got out of his car and aimed a celphone at the police so they pumped like 30 bullets into the guy and downed him. Quote Link to comment

This guy was obviously wanting to die and at first I think he believed he had shot the officer. If not he made it look like he was. Nah he fell to avoid the shot. I can tell you from experiance that the scariest sound in the world is hearing a bullet whiz right past you.
