bball_backer
a lot of people bitching about doc signing all jucos/transfers and no freshmen. while i would like to see a freshmen or two, i don't mind this at all. you have a solid core of sophomores (true or redshirted) coming back next year, why not bring in a few seasoned guys to take over a leadership role. brown's numbers aren't amazing but in my opinion his signing is a very pleasant surprise (did anyone know this was going to happen? i certainly hadn't heard about it) Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Brown could be a good addition since he led Oregon in assists the two years he played. Quote Link to comment
NUance
The 6-foot-2 Brown started 13 games over two years for the Ducks, leading UO in assists both seasons. Out of Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, Brown was considered one of the best point guards on the West Coast. That would be great if we could get a pipeline going from Mater Dei. That’s where Cam Meredith came from. One of the best high schools in the U.S. for football and basketball. Quote Link to comment
