The only way he was hosed was by not being in the top three. Luke Kuechly deserved the award. 191 tackles, are you serious? That one season may put him in NU's Top 15 all time!!!

I definitely agree with you. I thought either Kuechly or David would have got it, and shocked David was second to last.

I was upset too that David finished that low. But regardless he was one the best LBs in the country. He proved that game after game and being a finalist for the award.
