VectorVictor
The only negatives I took away from our offense were the turnovers, the constant matador acts from our O-Line, and the two hits which came from Martinez's blind side. If we keep letting blind side rushers through , we won't have a QB left on the roster by the end of the season to go to the Texas Bowl with. :-| Plus, with Martinez having to worry about our O-Line only lightly dusting the lint off the uniforms of blitzing Ohio State LBs all night, that could have conceivably led to Martinez rushing his reads/throws and getting picked off. Typically that offensive output is more than enough to win, even at the Horseshoe. But unless Bo can lock down the defense and get back to basics, we're looking at another 5-7 year full of Cosgrovian efforts masking what is clearly a maturation of our offense. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Maybe I took this thread off trail a little bit here, and if so,I apologize...but this thread is about OSU's offense. Not ours. OSU's offense vs. our defense. Read the link, it's extremely well laid-out! Quote Link to comment
Guy Chamberlin
Hey, if I took the time to read carefully, I might lose my fine-tuned sense of outrage! Quote Link to comment
The King
Why the f....udge do we have a post b!tching about our offense that scored 38 points, ran pretty well, on a top 5 DLine in the nation? This is astounding and laughable. If anything, we should be curious as to why our defense gave up a boat load of points... The offense is fine. Quote Link to comment
