Vizsla1
1993 game with OU. Trev Alberts dislocated elbow early in the game. Coldest game I can remember. That was cold. There was a game in '88 or '89 where they literally had to keep plowing he field regularly because the snow was coming down that hard. I agree with caveman- I was trying to peg that game down- I lean towards it being 88- I was in college at that game decked out in all my duck hunting cammo- cold and snowy. Quote Link to comment
motorboatjonesNU
'91 OU game - video is above in this thread. Cold, rainy and foul. Rained off an on the whole game. Keithen McCant dropped a snap and casually picked it up and chucked a beauty TD pass to Johnny Mitchell - south end zone. Quote Link to comment
ZRod
2008 Kansas. I'm a skinny dude who HATES the cold. And that game was torture. And it was a close game so I couldn't leave. My feet are still numb from that game. Was that a night game, I can't remember going even though I was sober. But if it was that was probably the one I was thinking of awhile back where my feet literally hurt walking back because it was so cold. Never felt like that before or since. Quote Link to comment

dergibog
1993 game with OU. Trev Alberts dislocated elbow early in the game. Coldest game I can remember. It was so cold the restrooms in the upstairs corners of the east stadium were locked because they were frozen. It was black Friday, and I got up at 5:00 AM to buy some new insulated boots. Wasn't OU '88 the all red uni's and protect this house and jangling the keys and "Hit Me With Your Best Shot"? That game wasn't cold. It just ended bad. Quote Link to comment
