I am not overlooking the obvious and we very well might get our asses kicked. No argument from me there. What I am saying is wishing for lesser opponents is not the answer.

Remember all the teams we routinely kicked in prior decades? Our answer to them was.........if you want to stop getting embarrassed.........GET BETTER!

I'm suggesting we heed our own advice.  Don't try and paper over our weaknesses by scheduling.  Play tough teams and get tougher.

My stance on who we play or wish we play does not come from thinking (esp after last night) and worrying about what "might" happen.  Test ourselves and see if we can begin to measure up.
