girlknowsfootball
His coach spoke out about his visit. Said he had a GREAT time. They were really impressed with the Pinnacle Bank Arena and facilities at Nebraska. They could also tell the coaches really wanted him there and the players really wanted him there. He felt very welcomed. The coach was shocked at the fan support for Volleyball and Football against teams that weren't even very good and weren't in their conference. He also thought the PBA was nicer than the Miami Heat arena. He said NU is going to be hard to beat. Robinson will visit A&M, Georgetown, Ohio State and maybe one more school before he most likely signs in November. We have a very good shot to land this kid. His coach is high high high on us. That all sounds great! (I only wish we had the LAST visit............time can dim some memories). But at least he was suitably impressed. Quote Link to comment
Hayseed
Usually they go to the name schools and agree to sit in line for their turn. Someday, if we keep going after the big name recruits, we'll find one who sees that he can be a Michael Beasley type player and make a huge impact right away. Quote Link to comment
