The NCAA lessening the sanctions and said sanctions being partly done so current recruits will get to play postseason obviously helps. It's easy to forget just how much talent PSU has around them. They are still the biggest program in a state with good talent. They are next to Ohio, which is one of the top recruiting states in the country. Plus Jersey and Maryland/DC have considerable talent and are VERY raidable, especially with the BIG expanding into there. Quote Link to comment
