BigRedPowerWagon
I know it doesnt matter alot but curious if you think well drop out of the top 25. With the dumpster fire that happened in the top 10 and we rallied back. Do u think its enough to keep us in it. Quote Link to comment
dutch91701
Probably 23 or so. Or maybe not. We drop out for winning so who knows. Quote Link to comment
NUpolo8
Yes. And Nebraska doesn't deserve to be ranked. 1 Quote Link to comment
Blackshirts007
Sad to think we literally would have probably been anywhere between 9-11 with a win Quote Link to comment
presidentjlh
Yes, it's very likely, but at this point, it matters nil. The playoffs may be out of the question, but the conference title is still a solid possibility. The team just needs to win, and fight for that. I am still proud of the hard fight tonight, and hope that effort continues. Quote Link to comment
dutch91701
Yes. And Nebraska doesn't deserve to be ranked. Michigan State is a playoff contender and we were beaten but not blown out. I'm not referring to the score either. I mean the actual gameplay. That's a really freakin good defense and a good offense. We hung around and were able to make a run at it at the end. Is that what top 15 teams do? No. But it's what #20-25 teams do. Quote Link to comment

So, destroy the poor souls we play next. Quote Link to comment
sd'sker
this was our one chance to beat a quality team. we did not get it done. with a terrible o-line, inconsistent qb (i love ta, but he missed some easy passes), and un-creative gameplan (again, some good calls that we just did not execute. and some play calls that were doomed), it does not matter how close we ultimately came. people are going to look at who we beat. and the answer is no one. a 3 loss miami. a fau that will probably be the worst florida team. a fresno team that is just bad. an illinois team that lost to purdue. and an fcs team that had us on the ropes. this was our one chance and we came out flat on offense for 3 qtrs. (and on a day that seemed like everyone got an upset, which makes this hurt that much more). that is just not good enough. time to hope that we win out and come out better prepared if we are fortunate enough to get to indy. these players deserve better than this. they are better than this. but this keeps happening... 3 Quote Link to comment

For a variety of reasons we've been deemed unimpressive by voters this year so I don't see the trend changing. Quote Link to comment

Thanks_Tom RR
Yes. And Nebraska doesn't deserve to be ranked. Yes, but look at how many ranked teams (many in the Top 10) lost to lower ranked teams. They will be in the Top 25 still. We came in as underdogs and were ranked below MSU (a Top 10 team) and lost by 5 points with a chance to win with the final drive. I say we should fall to Top 20-25, but we will be unranked. presidentjlh
Mother of hell, I mean, I'm not saying we're great, and I'm not going to be super positive, but, cripes, you guys, it's not the end of the damned world 1 Quote Link to comment

Hey, I understand man. Hope I wasn't a douche to anyone, or was trying to enforce some kool-aid stuff. Quote Link to comment
